Online Meet Registration
Prior to each meet, registrations must be submitted to the coaches for review so that HBTC can enter your athlete(s). Please
click on the meet registration links below and follow the instructions in entering which events your athlete(s) would like to compete in. Coaches will then review your entry and submit all registrations as a team for each individual competition. Meet entry fees MUST be mailed to the PO Box or you can bring them to practice by the meet entry deadline or your entry will be cancelled for that meet.
If you are having difficulty meeting a meet entry deadline, please contact the club administrative team before the deadline by email with the subject line: Meet Entry Hardship.

Hershey Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-7:00pm (Until time change or too dark)
Saturdays from 9-10am - (Starting, Sept 29)
1st Practice- August 21st
Berks Practices will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm
1st Practice- August 22nd
