Who We Are
The Hershey Blaze Track Club, founded in 2013, is a United States Track and Field(USATF) and AAU youth member organization. We were founded by a group of parents of talented athletes who desired to further compete in track and field competition on a local, regional and national level. Prior to officially becoming a club, some of our athletes were already accomplished in other sports and were able to transition beautifully over to the track. In fact, in 2011 and 2012 these young people managed to amass several dozen medals while in competition throughout the state.
Today, Hershey Blaze athletes have competed in track meets all over the tri-state area and have even qualified to compete on a national level. The growing demand for opportunities through track & field have lead us to launch our developmental program and partner with local communities. We also have a XC Program and offer winter training with the opportunity to compete in indoor track meets.

Our Mission
WE ARE A FAMILY organization with membership open to ages 7-18. Most of our young athletes fall between the ages of 9 and 14 however. Our member athletes come from areas all around the Mid State. ANYONE is welcome to join the track club! It is our hope that children develop a love for physical fitness, healthy living and friendly competition through track and field. While earning medals is surely a goal, each time a child shows improvement we celebrate a VICTORY!!
Our Structure
Club membership does not require prior track and field experience. Our young athletes may compete at a variety of levels. Since we are a USATF member organization we follow the age group structure. The groups are determined based on the child's age as of 12/31 of the current year. The age groups are:
Division 1(8 and under), Division 2(9-10), Division 3(11-12), Division 4(13-14), Division 5(15-16), Division 6 Women(17-18) Open/ Masters ages(19-99)
