Welcome to the Blaze Meet Fees & Payment Processing Center!
In general, many youth clubs has one set fee at the time of registration which can include meet entry fees. We recognize that not all of our athletes will attend all of the meets offered and chose to keep our registration costs lower and provide you the opportunity to select the meets that you will attend and pay accordingly. Meet entry fees typically can range from $6.00 to $8.00 per event. Under USATF and AAU guidelines, athletes are restricted to a maximum of 3 events for ages 12 & under and 4 events for age 13 & older. So one can expect meet entry fees to be no more than $24-$32. There will be exceptions with some championship meets and the Keystone Games. Fundraising is expected of all families to keep our meet entry fees to a lower single flat rate
As we always register our club as a team, we ask that you honor the deadlines set for registration and payments. HBTC will incur a processing fee every time we enter meets. As a club policy, we will be strict in our meet entry deadlines. If you miss the deadline and still want to register your athlete, you may be assessed a $5.00 late fee to cover processing costs. This time frame is very limited and we advise that you register on time to avoid missing the deadline altogether.

2. Cash or Check in person payable to Hershey Blaze Track Club
