Throughout the year Hershey Blaze athletes compete in a variety of track meets. All are entered into our calendar and there is also information in the links below on the various meets and invitationals that we will attend.
Practices are geared primarily towards fitness, agility, speed and strength building. All athletes are expected to take part in the group exercises. Conditioning outdoors is an added bonus and should be used to get in shape. We will practice outdoors on those days until the weather no longer permits. Schedules are subject to change given weather and space limitations.
The Winter Conditioning & Training sessions will be outside at various locations in the Hershey area. Sessions will take place on Saturdays starting 11/26 and run through the middle of January. Workouts for late January & February will be emailed to athletes. For those that want additional advanced training we can make recommendations and will come with additional fees. There are meets available for those registered with Hershey Blaze to be able to compete in.
