As we reflect on the club's first 2 years, I wanted to share with you the list of athletes who have achieved recognition beyond our back yard. It is amazing that what started out as a friendship builder is now also an opportunity for kids to move on and achieve their dreams against some of the best in the country. You'll find that Blaze athletes are pretty competitive on a regional and national level and the list will only get bigger. Awesome work kids...#GoBlaze!!

The 2nd session for SPARKS is about to start and plenty of room for those who would like to take part. Consider sharing with whomever you think may have an interest for their children Hello Friends
We are excited to announce the Mock Meet registration for Hershey SPARKS Indoor developmental track program is open. Our group is small so I am inviting Blaze athletes who fall within the age brackets of 4 & 14 to come out and run and jump with the kids who are learning track & field. Feel free to invite a sibling or a friend who may be curious about track and field as well. The idea is to give the experience of a track meet and having someone to run with will surely help. These kids are excited about track and your participation will surely help. Please go to the following link and register for as many events as you'd like. I encourage it! Though it is a mock meet- it is an opportunity to shake out the cobwebs before outdoor begins. The process is similar to the one that Blaze runners follow when registering for meets indoor and outdoor. There is no fee. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Parents, you may be asked to volunteer to measure, corral or time on the day of the meet too. Register here: SPARKS Indoor Mock Meet The meet location will be Granada Gym in Hershey at 7pm. Please arrive early enough to get checked in as we will start promptly at 7:00. This Sunday, January 4th, those who are training for indoor meets will begin practicing from 1-2pm. We will meet at the Lower Dauphin High School track. Please be sure to dress your child accordingly. Also given the smaller size of our Sparks program this winter, we invite Blaze winter athletes to come out and workout on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm at Granada Gym in Hershey. Please use these sessions to work on your skills and physical fitness in preparation for outdoor.
