Winter Training Practice Sessions

This Sunday, January 4th, those who are training for indoor meets will begin practicing from 1-2pm. We will meet at the Lower Dauphin High School track. Please be sure to dress your child accordingly. Also given the smaller size of our Sparks program this winter, we invite Blaze winter athletes to come out and workout on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm at Granada Gym in Hershey.  Please use these sessions to work on your skills and physical fitness in preparation for outdoor.
